About the MDA
The Borno State Ministry of Inter-Governmental Affairs and Special Duties is a government agency responsible for fostering unity, promoting development, and implementing special projects in Borno State. Our mission is to improve the lives of Borno State citizens through effective inter-governmental relations, policy development, and implementation.
